Return Policy: Return or exchange unworn merchandise in its original condition within 10 days of its receipt for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise. Please e-mail your request to return the item and get a return number to write on the package slip. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error. Expect a refund within 7 days after we have received your return in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase. For exchanges due to the wrong size or color ordered an additional shipping charge will be added to the credit card used in the original order.
Custom orders, bulk orders, and embroidered apparel are final sales and are not refundable.

Measuring your head: You need to hold the measuring tape across your forehead and circle it around the circumference of your head. Be sure to stick your pinky finger under the tape to account for comfort room.
Hat Sizes: Small is 20 3/4" to 21 1/8" or a 6 3/4 to 7 hat size
Medium is 22 3/8" to 22 3/4" or 7 1/8 to 7 1/4 hat size
Large is 23 to 23 1/2" or 7 3/8 to 7 1/2 hat size
X-Large is 23 3/4" to 24 1/4 or 7 5/8 to 7 3/4 hat size
