Return Policy: Return or exchange unworn merchandise in its original condition within 10 days of its receipt for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise. Please e-mail your request to return the item and get a return number to write on the package slip. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error. Expect a refund within 7 days after we have received your return in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase. For exchanges due to the wrong size or color ordered an additional shipping charge will be added to the credit card used in the original order.
Custom orders, bulk orders, and embroidered apparel are final sales and are not refundable.

Measuring your head: You need to hold the measuring tape across your forehead and circle it around the circumference of your head. Be sure to stick your pinky finger under the tape to account for comfort room.
Hat Sizes: Small is 20 3/4" to 21 1/8" or a 6 3/4 to 7 hat size
Medium is 22 3/8" to 22 3/4" or 7 1/8 to 7 1/4 hat size
Large is 23 to 23 1/2" or 7 3/8 to 7 1/2 hat size
X-Large is 23 3/4" to 24 1/4 or 7 5/8 to 7 3/4 hat size

 Trying to decide what hat to buy? Here are some tips to picking out the best hat shape for your face.
Round Face: To slim wear a generous brim, try our Big Brims
Oval Face: Any hat in proportion is great, try our Bucket Hats
Square Face: Wear your hat at a tilt to soften sharp angles, try our Ivy or Newsies Hats
Triangular Face: An asymmetrical or narrow brims draws focus up, try our Cowboys or Fedoras
Long Face: A broad brim pulled low to add width, try our Big Brims

Donations:
 From the very beginning of iLids we have donated one hat to the American Cancer Society for every 20 hats sold. Cancer survivors look and feel beautiful in their trendy iLids and consumers will feel the pride of donating to a worthy cause.

Delivery: Most orders will be shipped within 1 business day from the date the payment cleared.
Most custom orders will be shipped out within 2 weeks of the date the payment was processed.
Rushed orders are usually available for an additional charge. Larger or specialty orders may take longer.
You will be notified by email when your hat is ready for delivery.
Your order will be sent via Priority Mail (2-3 days) or UPS depending on the size.Shipping is TBD on wholesale orders.
